David is proud member of the United States Military, a father, a huge fan of football and a strong believer in giving back. In 2010, after returning from Iraq, he realized that he had taken so many things for granted. He decided that giving back to his community was the way to show appreciation for the freedoms and luxuries he enjoys as an American. 

As proud as he is of the uniform, he is as proud of being a father to his 2 sons.
