A native of Farmville, North Carolina, Bernard says family has always been his motivation. He has always been aware of what it means to be a black man in America and is sure to be an example to his two and a light to others. As a delivery man, he enjoys the opportunity to get to know people from all walks of life. He knows that people all have the same struggles and just want to live their best life. What brings him joy? Making other people happy and know that they are alright.
